Let me rant.
Sometimes it’s so fucking annoying when you’re all geared up and your groupmates/companions are just stalling.
Just like what’s happening right now. Me and my band’s lead guitarist decided to meet at around lunch time to record guitar tracks. What has happened: we went to school, waited for a non-band member who, according to our guitarist, is someone important to our recording. Okay. We watched basketball and volleyball games. We ate somewhere. Now it’s past 9 and we haven’t started anything.
This is getting on my nerves. Just because this will be an overnight thing does it mean that we can stall around. I want to sleep early. Moreover, I want to go home because I have my responsibilities. I have to do my laundry, academic work, and chapter one of my thesis proposal. AND THIS HAPPENS.
Sadly, I can’t miss any recording session because we’re using my ever-useful and often abused laptop. Ugh. IDK. Maybe I’m just too pissed off tonight. As hours pass, I get grumpier because I get sleepier. IDK. Ugh.
If patience can rain down from the sky, I wish it would rain tonight.
